Glen Chappel and Shaun Varney will pair up for the North Island Endurance Series in both 1 &3Hour races after they drove together at the New Zealand Endurance Final in 2019.
In the 1Hour race the pair will be using Shaun’s BMW E46 powered by a LS7 engine which has had gearbox and other development upgrades which will make this car a serious contender for Class 1.
While in the 3Hour race they will use Glen’s Diesel-Powered BMW E87 150D which is the only Diesel Powered car on the grid this season.
This will only add to the stiff competition for Class 1 don’t write off these two for a potential class podium in Class 1.
